About

I found the gap the way most people do: through my own experience.

I spent fifteen years in strategy, product, and marketing at BCG, Amazon, Eventbrite, Nextdoor, and Chainlink. Those environments taught me that in categories where customers make decisions based on trust, what you ship is what you stand for.

Perimenopause was my own experience first. Irritability, disrupted sleep, bloating, the kind of wired-but-exhausted energy that is hard to explain to anyone who has not felt it. When I started looking seriously at what support existed for women at this stage, I kept finding the same thing: fragmented care, few regulated options, and almost no awareness of what women in China, Japan and South Korea have had access to for generations.

In those countries, herbal formulas with 600 years of clinical use are prescribed in hospitals and covered by national insurance. Not alternative medicine. Medicine. The West has largely missed this.

Project M was built to bridge those worlds. To hold Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to contemporary standards of safety and transparency. And to offer women thoughtful, evidence-informed support through transition.
